✅ Practice Architecture Intensive
Scope: This engagement consists of a single 2-hour working session.
The session will follow a structured framework, including:
Clarifying the tension between coaching approaches (Donald Miller,
CoachPro, and your own methodology)
Defining how these frameworks function together within your practice
Establishing your core coaching model and decision logic
Identifying your ideal client and core problem set
Outlining the foundational structure of your practice (documents,
workflow, and organization)
Defining immediate next steps and priorities
Deliverables:
A clear understanding of how your coaching frameworks integrate
and function together
A defined direction for your practice structure
Identification of key structural gaps
A prioritized set of next steps
This engagement may include light supporting notes or outlines where
appropriate. It does not include full document development or implementation support.
Nature of Engagement: This is an advisory engagement.
The value of this work is derived from:
Clarity
Structure
Sequencing
Application
Implementation of any outcomes remains the responsibility of the Client.
Time Investment
One (1) 2-hour intensive session
Minimal preparation and follow-up as needed
Financial Investment: Total Investment: $600 USD
Payment is due in full prior to the session.
All payments are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled.
Intellectual Property: All frameworks, models, and materials shared during this engagement remain the intellectual property of Overbrook Advisory.
Client is granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use insights and materials for their own business purposes.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written consent.

• Client pathway model (Stages 1–5 of engagement)
• Foundational business structure (organizational spine and workflow sequence)
• Introductory doctrinal frameworks (used to define positioning, client focus, and engagement logic)
• Sales and conversation structure (how to communicate and guide prospective clients)
Select templates or outlines may be referenced or lightly shared during the session where appropriate to support understanding and application.
